JCapPM starts with the folder selected in JAlbum GUI (and no more with folder which was set when PositionMap was selected)

This version was released above all in order to include the new version of JCapPM (1.3) which enables the user to (un-)select photos for an album compilation using JAlbum. Furthermore JCapPM 1.3 now has a powerful filter mechanism.

compatibility to nearly all browsers achieved by:
points and areas are no more overlaid on map but imprinted in a new generated map image
no more use of js library "wz_graphics" for drawing areas on map
using of an image map for making mouse sensitive regions on map
generated html is less complex (jalbum skin code is more complex though)
proportional resizing for map on index page calculates both width and height
hovering an area (and not only the area icon) shows image tooltip
resizing of map needs recreation of the album by JAlbum (contrary to version 2.0/2.1)
